OUR STORY
It all began one summer day...

When we decided to move to the Tennessee countryside.  We made creme brûlée and fresh banana bread and introduced ourselves to the new neighbors.  We invited old family friends over and did a brunch, and there the idea was born to start a catering company.

 

Chris is a French trained chef with a culinary degree from California Culinary Academy.  He has worked as an Executive Chef, a Sous Chef and a Chef in many world class restaurants and resorts.  He is known for Continental and Italian style food and enjoys designing food and menus to suit his guests needs.
